14 Days Of Valentines - Day 14 - Salon Perfect You Give Me Fever

*Won in a giveaway*
Day 14! Yay! I made it! Whew... This is the first blog challenge that I've actually followed through on and finished so I'm feeling a bit proud of myself at the moment. And I have a gorgeous polish to show you today: Salon Perfect You Give Me Fever. This is the fourth glitter polish from the limited edition holiday collection and it is a beauty.

My picture doesn't quite do it justice but it is a super sparkly two coat glitter bomb that is perfect for Valentine's Day.

So there you have it. I hope you've enjoyed the polishes I showed you as well as the manis from the other ladies. Thanks for sticking with me and Happy Valentine's Day!

Salon Perfect Holiday Polishes

*Products won in a giveaway*

Hi all! It's been a while (per usual) but I'm back with some awesome sparkly polishes to show you today.

Before the holidays I was lucky enough to win a set of the Salon Perfect limited edition holiday polishes on the Pointless Cafe blog giveaway. From what I understand these polishes weren't available at all in stores and when I saw the swatches on the blog I was hoping that I would win because they were so gorgeous. Jump forward a few weeks and I received an e-mail that I had won! I was pretty stoked. The collection consists of 4 glitter polishes, a white polish and a topcoat was included also. I took pics of these as I wore them and didn't do a swatchfest with them so I don't have the white polish here. There is also a red that I plan on including in some Valentine's Day posts.

 Plum Crazy
 Electric Avenue
Emerald City

The formula on these was perfect. I used 2 thin coats for each color and it built up beautifully. There was a slight grittiness to them but it wasn't anything that 2 coats of topcoat couldn't take care of.

I'm sorry that I'm showing you something that you can't buy but they are too pretty not to share.

I hope you are all doing well. It's pretty soggy up here in the Pacific Northwest but after living for years in arid California I'm really liking it.
